Once the CelAccess CTE1000 is installed, the property owner creates an account on the CelAccess Automated Control Center web site. The user then creates unique access codes for as many people as needed. Access codes can be created that expire after a fixed number of uses, that are valid only for a certain date range or are valid until canceled. They can also be limited by the day of the week and/or hours of the day. This gives the property owner maximum flexibility and security. Virtually an unlimited number of access codes can be created so each person entering the property can be given unique codes.

To enter the property, the visitor enters the gate or door number and the personal access code. The CelAccess system validates the code and sends a command to the wireless device which opens the gate or door. Each transaction is logged in the Access Control Center. These logs can be sorted by time/date or by access code so it is easy to determine exactly who entered the property and when they entered.
